Access & Frequently Asked Questions

Please be advised that the approach to the house is through The Walled Garden that slopes up gently for about 100 metres along gravel paths. We are very sorry that due to Farringford’s listed status the house and grounds are not presently suitable for wheelchairs.

The house contains a number of steps and sets of stairs, and the interior is quite dark, so we advise those with mobility and/or sight problems to take extra care. If you have any concerns about whether the house would be suitable for you or a loved one to visit, please call ahead on +44 (0)1983 752 500 or email contact@farringford.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
